humanistic Care that honors mind, body, and spirit
I specialize in helping clients move through eating disorders, body image struggles, anxiety, mood shifts, and the challenges of major life transitions, so they can build steadier lives and healthier relationships.
My counseling style is humanistic and collaborative, enriched by emotion-focused, multicultural, and trauma-informed practices that create a safe space for self-discovery and growth.
I draw on evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, ACT, RO-DBT, and TBT-S, blending them with self-compassion and contemplative practice to create a personalized path to healing.

Coaching Services
Hello!
I'm Melissa O’Neill, and I believe that true healing comes from honoring every part of who you are – mind, body, and spirit. My passion lies in helping individuals heal their relationship with food and their bodies, particularly those struggling with disordered eating and related issues. I take a holistic approach, understanding that these challenges rarely stand alone. We'll work together to gently explore how anxiety, mood shifts, big life changes, or the everyday stresses of work and relationships might be influencing your journey. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can feel truly seen, understood, and empowered to build a life filled with purpose and peace
Pricing
I accept payment by cash, check, or credit card. Please note that credit card payments include a small processing fee. Returned checks incur a $30 fee.
A 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Missed sessions or late cancellations will be billed at the full session rate.
An active credit card must be kept on file. Payment is due at the time of service, and late payments are subject to a 5% fee.
Insurance
At this time, I do not take insurance, but I do work to help make the therapeutic experience both beneficial and affordable.
Services can be offered on a sliding scale; taking into consideration each individual's circumstances. An additional option to file with insurance is also available. This would require payment upfront and clients would seek reimbursement from their own insurance company on a session by session basis. Please inquire about this option at your initial session.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Clients who do not have insurance or are choosing to not use insurance will receive an estimate of psychotherapy services. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. To learn more about the Good Faith Estimate, go to www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call 800-985-3059.
